Phase IV: Communication and Sale
A. Follow up on all showings of property B. Visit property weekly (minimum) C. Weekly report with agent/buyer feedback & any updates D. Negotiate Top Dollar Sale E. Monitor transaction through escrow, including assistance with inspection and appraisal access and any issues arising from either one
